VIP upgrade at Don Mueang (DMK)
Add the VIP checkbox when you book for a name-sign meet, airport buggy where the airport allows it, and a porter for up to three bags.
Optional add-ons: buggy, porter, lounge
FastTrack add-ons are optional extras you pick at checkout — not a single VIP bundle. What you can add depends on airport and service (arrival, departure, or combo). Some airports already include porter or lounge in the base rate.
Add-ons by airport
| Airport | Optional add-ons (per person) | Often included in base rate |
|---|---|---|
| BKK (Suvarnabhumi) | Buggy ฿2,800 · Porter ฿1,500 · Lounge ฿2,300 | — |
| DMK (Don Mueang) | Lounge ฿2,300 · Extra porter ฿1,000 (arrival) | Lounge + porter on departure |
| HKT (Phuket) | — (no extra charge at checkout) | Porter on arrival; lounge + porter on departure |
| CNX (Chiang Mai) | — | Porter on arrival; lounge + porter on departure |
| USM (Samui) | Lounge ฿2,500 | Porter on arrival and departure |
Prices are THB per passenger on top of the list rate for your service. Combo bookings use the same add-on rules per leg.
What each add-on means
| Add-on | What to expect |
|---|---|
| Buggy | Electric cart through the terminal where airport rules allow |
| Porter | Help with up to three bags per passenger |
| Lounge | Partner lounge access before or after your fast track leg |
| Extra porter | Additional porter when you travel with more than the standard bag allowance (DMK) |
Buggy and cart use depend on terminal operations, construction, and security zones. When carts are not allowed, your team still walks with you within policy.
Who benefits most
- 👨👩👧 Families with strollers and multiple suitcases
- 🧘 Senior travellers or anyone who wants less walking at large terminals (especially BKK)
- 💼 Business travellers who want lounge time or a clear porter hand-off
- 🛄 Long-haul arrivals who do not want to hunt for a trolley
Add-ons are not a separate immigration product. You still clear passport control under the same rules; you simply reach the desk with less friction before and after.
How to book add-ons
- Choose arrival, departure, or combo and pick your airport
- On the booking form, tick only the add-ons shown for that airport and leg
- Complete passenger photos and payment as usual
- Check your e-voucher for each add-on line item
Included porter or lounge at HKT, CNX, or USM appears in the “Included” note on the form — you do not need to select them again.
Add-ons and other options
Add-ons pair well with:
- Airport transfer when you want a car waiting after baggage
- Combo service when both legs are at the same airport
- VOA travellers at BKK who need time at the visa desk before immigration
Add-ons do not include expedited security unless airport policy allows, or hotel check-in.
What add-ons are not
- ❌ Not a government premium visa or diplomatic channel
- ❌ Not unlimited bags or cargo handling
- ❌ Not a guarantee of zero wait when immigration is closed or understaffed
- ❌ Not a substitute for TDAC, visas, or correct passport paperwork
"We added buggy and porter at BKK after a long flight from London. The porter handled two big suitcases while we managed the stroller — much easier than the old single VIP checkbox."
Pricing example (BKK arrival)
List arrival fast track is ฿3,500 per person. Adding buggy (฿2,500) and porter (฿1,500) is ฿7,500 per passenger before any crypto discount on eligible list pricing.

Before you fly checklist
- ⏱️ Confirm flight number and terminal on your voucher after any airline change
- 📱 Save greeter contact details from the voucher offline
- 🛄 Tag bags clearly; porters match luggage to your booking name
- 🧘 Tell us in advance if you need wheelchair coordination beyond buggy use
Pro tip: at BKK, buggy and porter save the most energy on long concourses. At HKT and CNX, porter is often already included — check the form before paying for duplicate add-ons.
